The CBTF Superheroes 5K event was held on Sunday, March 18th, 2018. the 10th Annual, CBTF SUPERHEROES 5K Walk/Run was held at Meadowbrook Park, Candy Cane City, Chevy Chase. It was a sunny and mild day, a perfect day for runners and walkers. Participants noshed on fresh bagels, fruit, and cereal bars before and after the race. Everyone donned their green shirts and went for a run/walk after the children returned from the kids’ run. When the runners and walkers returned, the overall winners and top three males and females accepted their award and medals in the recreation center. The top two teams were Team Awesome Alicia and Run for Robert. We congratulate all of the participants, especially all that made it across the finish line.
