Kirsten Baker is the Managing Director at PRISM. Kirsten manages PRISM’s largest commercial account and promotes the development of other internal hires. She recruits, hires, trains and mentors new Recruiting and Sales team members and work with referral networks, continuing to launch careers in creative, technical, niche, executive and other in-demand skill areas. Contributes to employer branding, strategy and brainstorm sessions.
